We’ll connect on a thoughtful conversation to get to know each other beyond the logistics. This is a moment to talk about your story, what matters most to you, guide you through my process and the work that I do, and answer any questions you may have. My goal is to understand your day with intention so the way it’s documented feels authentic to you.

STEP 2 - Let’s Connect

STEP 3 - Lock It In

Once we know we’re the right fit, you’ll receive a custom contract. After signed and submitting the deposit, your wedding date is officially reserved.

STEP 4 - Wedding Questionnaire

As your wedding approaches, you’ll receive a thoughtful questionnaire designed to learn more about your timeline, priorities, and meaningful details. This steps allows me to fully understand the rhythm of your day so nothing important goes unnoticed.

STEP 5 - Pre-Planning Call

About a two to three weeks before your wedding, we’ll connect again to walk through the timeline and final details. This ensures entitling is aligned so that when the day arrives, you can be fully present knowing every moment is being thoughtfully captured.

STEP 6 - Capture the Day

On your wedding day, our focus is simple: preserve the moments exactly as they unfold. While you stay present with your people, we document both the milestone highlights and the quiet, in-between memories that make your story uniquely yours.

STEP 7 - Delivery

Within 24 hours, you’ll receive access to your full gallery of raw content so you can revisit the memories almost immediately. Your beautifully edited films will follow within 72 hours, completing the experience and giving you your memories to relive your day again and again. After this, our process is complete!

  • Within 24 hours of your big day you will receive all of your raw content and within 72 hours you will receive all of your edited content.
